I admit – I don’t really know what “normal” is, but at least with the holidays over and my boys going back to college tomorrow, normal may be around the corner.

Rent! Attire can cost over 20 per cent of an average wedding cost. Couples, consider renting a tuxedo and a gown for your wedding in order to reduce your spend.

Avoid ‘wedding season’. Don’t be so traditional. Planning your wedding in ‘unusual’ wedding months such as January or February – when you are one of the few customers – will help cut costs.
